8,000 LB x 8" x .125" MINSTER COIL FEED LINE

This used MINSTER Coil Feed Line, model MEF2-CS-8S from 2006, offers reliable performance suitable for a variety of applications. The feed line accommodates a maximum coil width of 8 inches and handles material thickness ranging from 0.010" to 0.125" for mild steel with a 50,000 PSI yield. It is a press-mounted single roll electric feed unit. Accompanying the feed is a Machine Concepts Precision Straightener, model GII-0.875-14.00, also from 2006, with a strip width of 14 inches and a material capacity of 0.070". It features 17 rolls (8 over 9) with a roll diameter of 0.875". The MINSTER Double End Reel, model MRH-6-14DLM, complements the setup with a coil weight capacity of 8,000 lbs per side. It supports coils up to 14 inches in width with inside diameters ranging from 18" to 22" and a maximum outside diameter of 72". It includes a pneumatic brake, a three-pad mandrel arm, and hydraulic powered expansion and rotation. The reel stands on a fixed base with a hydraulic tank mounted on top for ease of operation.
