This used 24" x 6,000 LB Colt Back End offers reliable performance in coil feed lines. The equipment includes a CP-SLA-24SP straightener with entry and exit pinch rolls, featuring 7 smooth chrome rolls with a 2 1/2" diameter, suitable for handling materials up to 0.080" mild steel at a width of 24" or 0.160" mild steel at a width of 3". The system operates efficiently at a maximum line speed of 140 feet per minute, with material feeding left to right. Equipped with a 7 ½ HP motor and designed to operate on a 440V, 3-phase power supply, this unit also includes a common floor console with uncoiler capabilities. The straightener, adaptable for different operational modes, can pull off material when the uncoiler runs in pull-off mode and move aside during powered payout mode. This provides flexibility and efficiency in handling materials according to processing needs, ensuring smooth operation in a durable, industrial-grade setup.
