This 6000-ton forging press ram is a critical spare with an expected installation date in coming months. It was received with severe fractures in the lower portion around pin bores & KO levers. The ram was weld repaired and requalified on the mill. New bronze pin bushings were manufactured and installed along with new kickout levers and a redesigned pivot pin
