The Minster E2-600, a robust straight-side mechanical press, offers a 600-ton capacity and will be available in January 2024. This used model, manufactured in 2013, features an 8-inch stroke and a shut height of 35.83 inches. Designed for efficient operation, it includes an 84 x 54-inch bolster and provides a variable speed of 30 to 70 strokes per minute. Equipped with essential features, this model includes an air clutch and brake, air counterbalances with automatic adjustment, and hydraulic overload protection. The press also offers auto slide adjustment, light curtains, and a micro-inch setting for precise operations. Safety and precision are enhanced by the Sugiyama Bottom Displacement Sensing Device and Tamer total sound enclosure. For further convenience, the unit includes a 100 HP motor running at 1500-1800 RPM, with 480/3/60 electrical specifications.
