2010 ARKU FEED/STRAIGHTEN "ZIGZAG" COIL LINE

The 2010 ARKU Feed/Straighten "Zigzag" Coil Line is a used but highly functional piece of industrial equipment ideal for coil processing. It includes a Laweco Coil Loading Station with a maximum coil width of 20" and a load capacity of 13,200 lbs. The ARKU Single-End Uncoiler offers an expansion range of 18.5" - 20.86" (22.44" - 24" with screw-on segments) and can handle coils with an outer diameter of 40" - 71.81". Equipped with hydraulic expansion, automatic re-expansion, front and back coil guides, and hydraulic restrictor arms, it ensures precise and efficient operation. Additionally, the machine features strip sensing using ultrasound for loop control, laser measuring for coil diameter, and a roller conveyor for loop guidance. The ARKU Feed/Straightener accommodates a maximum coil width of 20", with 3.46" diameter straightening rolls (7 rolls, hardened and ground) and 6" diameter exit pinch rolls. The equipment also includes a zigzag punch with selectable out patterns and a zigzag side stroke with a maximum of 4.72" from the centerline of the coil. The ARKU Strip-End Feeder, electronically driven with a 6" diameter feed roll, supports coils up to 20" in width. The machine's upper roll opens hydraulically, enhancing its usability.
