This used complete coil feed line from COE is designed to handle heavy-duty tasks with a coil weight capacity of 15,000 lbs and stock width of 24 inches. It features the COE Press Pull Off Coil Reel Uncoiler, model CPR-PO-15024, equipped with a three-leaf mandrel and hydraulic wedge type expansion for efficient coil management. The system includes adjustable coil keeper arms, an air brake, and a traveling coil load car with powered lift and travel for enhanced operational flexibility. Included is a COE Press Powered Straightener with entry and exit pinch rolls. The straightener has seven 3.5-inch diameter rolls and offers individual upper roll adjustments and adjustable stock width edge guides. This equipment also has a stock peeler and debending station, ensuring proper coil handling and adjustment through an air-operated coil hold down arm. For precise control and operation, the line incorporates a COE Press Servo Roll Feed with four-inch feed rolls, matte chrome finish, and AC servo drive system. It offers advanced settings with features like job memory, micro-adjust, and batch count options. The system is complemented by a free-standing control console and remote pendant for easy operation, providing a well-rounded solution for your coil processing needs.
