The Perfecto Complete Coil Feed Line is a robust industrial solution designed to handle coil processing efficiently. With a coil weight capacity of 15,000 lbs and a width capacity of 30 inches, this system can accommodate significant material sizes. It manages stock thickness up to 0.090 inches and supports a maximum coil outside diameter of 60 inches, making it versatile for various industrial applications. This feed line features a Perfecto Coil Reel Uncoiler, offering a four-leaf mandrel and hydraulic expansion. It includes adjustable keeper arms, an air brake for tension control, and a motorized coil hold down arm. The setup is equipped with a powered traveling coil load car and self-contained hydraulic pump for operational ease. Additional components include a Powered Coil Straightener with entry and exit pinch rolls, seven straightening rolls, and variable speed drive. The Servo Roll Feed Press Feed features 5-inch diameter feed rolls and an advanced control console for precision feeding.
